In fairness, Intellijel has excellent gig bags available for the 7U and 4U cases (I have two of the 4U gig bags). It has been broadly hinted that something is forthcoming for the Palette cases also.

Niice, just pre-ordered mine from PC, got evertything ready for it when it arrives. Perfect size for travel. I can see why they didnt put a handle on it though, all the electronics are up there! anyhow im glad, wouldnt see the use of a handle on something this form factor.

It’s a Damaru 42/6u case. I believe they’re based in Bristol, England. I bought mine from elevatorsound. I’m very impressed with the build quality and its extremely lightweight. This one is 70mm deep and can be closed patched (however, I unpatch stackable to be on the safe side.)

was thinking about doing something similar adding a sampler to my w/ down the line - dakim’s boiler room performance is super inspiring i hadnt heard of him before thanks for shouting him out! - would love to hear/see more of what ur doing with this kind of set up if more content ends up being made :slight_smile:

Yes I noticed most people have soft cases for their hard cases anyways. Don’t want to scuff up a beautiful investment like an Intellijel 7u case while gigging.

doable for sure, but not sure we have plans for that one yet. There is a 1U thread on the intellijel forum for ideas.

The size is just right… But it would be harder to stack things in your loop because it doesn’t have manual buttons for each channel; the Assimil8r has 8; the Bitbox has 16. You could use the extra space to put in something to trigger it though. Euro Samplers are so young, there is much to explore there.

I use Scales in sequence record mode to trigger and control pitch of 4 of the samples on the bitbox right now, and use 2 channels of quadratt to cross fade the voices so i can play any mix of the 4 channels with 1 little keyboard; and/or I can clock it for a sequence to play along side loops, by killing the input on the euroddl
