This may have already been addressed, but if so I think it’s buried in one of the Norns megathreads.

Is it possible to save midi mappings with a Pset, rather than having them operate globally per script? On Norns shield, latest update.

currently the system is not designed to do this, but if you want to do some scripting it’s certainly possible as a hack.
