This one is based around the original noisey tracks from AOTCI (the even numbered tracks) and then reworks by me (the odd tracks) using different styles as a jumping off point. There’s lots of Norns in there, although even I am having trouble remembering exactly which patches I used (i recorded loads of different runs through of the pieces in loads of different patches and filled up my Tape folder pretty quickly). However the main umping off point was my new favourite technique of forcing Ableton to try to analyse melodic and harmonic data out of very noisey source material, and then using a Scale device to constrain it in musical ways.
