Its and iOS app by the RjDj team and it warps the sounds around you into different atmospheres. Used it in my open office yesterday and really enjoyed my coworkers chatter and my own typing. 
It feels pretty creative, might be worth experiment adding different mics to generate even weirder sounds. Need to find an companion app to record its output.
