There were no specific scripts that caused me any problems, however, about 50% of the time I would see the message "error: SUPERCOLLIDER FAIL" on the norns screen after rebooting the pi.
Looking at the journalctl log jack_wait complains a few times, but
eventually jack starts. The real problem seems to start a bit later and is indicated by these lines:

I tried changing jack’s buffer size from 128 to 256 and that seemed to fix it. I’m really not sure what was going on though.
