I understand that you can run a grid with an Arduino due, but has anyone tried working with an intel Galileo, or is that out of the question?

I’m ordering in some more Arduino components, and have been sorely tempted by the Galileo. But at £60, I’d rather not purchase to find out its incompatible!

the library is for the due. you’d be on your own with the galileo.

Ah, it’s a question of library, rather than power/etc. That’s cool, I’ll stick with the due, and maybe venture to the galileo when I know enough.
