Bad checksum building libavr32

I just got a new computer and tried to rebuild the avr toolchain here: GitHub - monome/libavr32. I’m getting a “bad checksum” error pulling http://www.atmel.com/Images/atmel-headers-6.1.3.1475.zip down. Has anyone else seen this issue?

I’m having the same issue. Looks like Atmel moved/removed the file.

This issue has prevented me from building AVR32-gcc from source just now, so we seriously need to archive these files publicly if Microchip doesn’t care about doing so.
