Pittsburgh also has the SV-1 now, so they’ve got two options for an integrated subtractive voice. [/quote]

True, although that’s getting fairly pricey - it’s another tier up on top of the Mother, which is a jump up from the Box, IIRC. I do like it’s Easel-y ways, tho.

Spare a thought for ergonomics, though! If you’re designing an instrument, it’s not all just about ramming it into the tiniest available space…

Designing a modular system sometimes feels like building a house of cards on a seesaw. Requires excellent “balance”.

I absolutely agree with @infovore… looks to me like a modular that feels like a korg volca

(I discarded those small knobs in my rack for anything other than attenuators of inputs. No I’m not rich, but it makes a huge difference!)

Heck, I’m still intrigued by the Volcas, and I have small hands.

More than one way to skin a cat (what a weird saying).

I saw those at Superbooth. While I’m in awe of their achievement (a 3hp sequencer? really?), I don’t think they’d work for my fat fingers!

Oh me too!!! But not if I spend thousands of bucks on a modular…
