Quashed another bug that prevented the sustain knob from having any effect except at nearly zero.
ETA – and the lfo should now properly match the frequency knob (and continue running during note release)
And while I’m at it, I tweaked the modulation amounts so that the knobs give a better range of control. In particular, it’s now possible to have the lfo make the pitch drift only slightly.
