Copying audio file from tape directory to computer via SERIAL (NO WIFI)

Hi all, I am a complete terminal beginner and am able to connect to the norns via USB-UART as described here. I am wondering how to copy an audio file from my tape directory to my computer. I have no access to WIFI at the moment but would like to be able to mess with the audio on my computer (Max, Ableton etc.)

I don’t think you can do it over the UART, but if you put norns in hotspot mode and then connect a laptop to the norns network you should be able to use any SSH or SFTP client to we@norns.local.
