Depends what’s most important to you. If it’s the organ, then you’ll want a D model with real drawbars and waterfall keys. If it’s the pianos, you might prefer an HP - no drawbars, just buttons/leds, but hammer action keys.

The drawbars only come in from the model 4. If you’re into pianos, you have access to the Nord Piano library, but more recent sample libraries only work with more recent boards; the piano library is at v6, and the Electro 5+ support that; lower models will only support v5 or earlier.

Also: more recent models come with more sample RAM, which if you’re into the pianos, you will want.

They all sound very good. I would go for the most recent one you can afford with the physical interface (61/73 with drawbars, 73 hammer) that you want. Featurewise, I wouldn’t go back beyond a 3. (I play a 5D, 73 key).
