Wriggle, squiggle - perhaps giggle. Wiggle, jiggle - down a big hill. Many a worm has many times squirmed, a term to confirms a firm worm that affirms.

Featuring bodhran, Irish flute and whistle, bouzouki, concertina, harp, fiddle, bagpipes, and acoustic guitar.

Process - I went to a random word website and hit refresh until one resonated a bit. That one was “wriggle”, which summoned a 3/4 meandering chromatic motif.

For instrumentation I went entirely with (sampled/virtual) Irish/celtic, resulting in a sort of wriggly jig feel I think.
