ducat

ducat

An interface to two sequins.

ducat

Ducat is a thin interface layer on top of the sequins library. I wanted a simple sequencer that I could wire up to Crow and ducat is the product. There are two sequences, clockable at different rates. At it’s simplest, the sequences are nothing fancy, though once you start creating nested sequins you can quickly build up complex sequences.

To use Crow, make sure it is connected when you start the script. Otherwise, PolyPerc is included (originally for testing, though it ended up being enough fun that I kept it).

Requirements

  • Norns
  • Crow (optional)

Documentation

Crow:
IN 1 clocks the first sequin
IN 2 clocks the second sequin
OUT 1 outputs the first sequin
OUT 2 outputs the second sequin
