pattern speedup now doesn’t become irreversible (though there is still a loss of resolution when speeding up and down)
patterns with shapes, when in arp mode, transposed to the very top row will not crash the system

Excited to get things fixed up.
However, I just posted the feedback on this new update in this thread:

all ES users please update your firmware! problems in this thread have been addressed. http://llllllll.co/t/earthsea-v1-7-firmware-update/876 i have not been, however, able to experience the “slowing down” issue and would be interested if anyone has a reproducible set of steps.

(slowdown–>to freeze on first play, and multiple crashes on TT when connected to ES)
