So many re-issues lately. The Korg MS-20 and now the SQ-1, the ARP Odyssey. The Buchla Music Easel! Today I was trolling Indiegogo and found this campaign to resurrect Generalmusic and the Elka synth. Such a beast, but amazing too. It will even have the original cassette interface.
Anyone have an original Elka or planning on getting one of the re-issues? And more generally, while it’s great to see this stuff available again, though I’m curious what people think about it all. Is it just so much synth lust or heaven on earth?
