An interesting ‘plate’ - how/what was the fish?

Scallop carpaccio, on a bed of seaweed (dulse?), with powered roe, some garlic puree, and wild garlic. Delicious!

hei, same place same year, probably a few months earlier, as everyone was wearing heavy coats. I remember it as a great city to wander. The weird museums’ opening hours (even narrower than those of the french administration!) somehow forced us into exploring.
