Just Friends/Just Type firmware update

So, what issues does the Just Friends firmware update resolve? I haven’t experienced any issues, for the record, but know others have. Or does it add any new functionality for those of us without the Teletype to fiddle with?

I’ve definitely had issues with self-patching into run where the unit will lock up until I power cycle. It would be great if that was fixed, I’m mostly too afraid to self patch Just Friends anymore

Yeah, just hoping for more explanation so I can decide if it’s worth doing the update if I don’t have a Teletype. Sorry to hear you’re having problems
