if you have multiple panning modules, wouldn’t it be better to patch those into the two mixers instead of after? then you would have at least two unique sets of panned audio vs one ‘master’ panned channel.

Not in the case I’m looking at as I’m bringing six discrete channels of audio in; I’d prefer a submix to two channels.

The most ideal solution would be a six-in stereo mixer with pans, but the few options there are take up too much room. The above solution will work.
