Had to throw something together this morning to make my weekly target of a miniature piece every Monday. Friend sent me the footage and originally his daughter was smiling and looking happy after the pan to the sky. Couldn’t be having anything uplifting or cheerful as that on a muggy monday morning so cut that and made it as creepy as I could.

That’s really nice. Really want to put it as a loop into Nebulae or Morphagene to play around with it

For the people who would want to know:
Made in Ableton, wanted to simulate the feeling of a eurorack (don’t have one myself, don’t have the money). Did some stuff with the randomisers and arpeggiators

thank u very much interpretnull

What a bliss! Such a nice little tune. Huge compliments, well done. Decent instrumentation (very euroracky btw), great harmony and development. If criticism is what you looking for then I would point out the composition of the last part after the cadenza at 3:50 - its a bit too fast compared the overall rather slow movements and drops the the good energy the last minute or so has been building. Why not take some time and just listen the voices one more time while removing them slowly. Even with that I enjoyed it very much.

Finally upgraded to Live 10 and the first thing I did was make some wavetables using the 0-Coast. These are three different wavetables and some vocals on top using the M4L Mono Vocoder. Something half decent might come out of this

My 0-Coast never sounded like this when I had it

I guess that’s because everything here is buried in effects, and that while the wavetables are from the 0-Coast they’re still being processed by Wavetable’s filters, envelopes…etc. That said, the dry wavetable sound is actually very 0-Coast sounding (obviously)
