which also features some tehn, kelli cain stuff.

and second one is https://www.mixcloud.com/spools-out-radio/spools-out-radio-52-birdy-earns/ which features an older glia track

Wrote a tiny piece of music to accompany a timelapse a friend had shot, for fun: I’ve never done sound-for-picture before. As such, it’s a bit drafty - not very good orchestral samples, for starters. But there’s something in there I want to expand into a full track: the piano melody, for starters.

I wrote the soundtrack to this video that I did in a rush, but really happy with how it came out, especially recording my double bass. I think I’ve finally got a sound I’m happy with mixing the bottom end of my piezo for the double bass with a condenser mic in front of the f hole.

(That’s right people, I said f hole… giggle all you like)

Thanks for this Ally Mobbs piece. I’m now following that channel. Tons of good stuff in there.

This is a small selection of my live-remix/edit-recordings. There are some silly tunes in there, but I really enjoyed making them… https://birdyearns.bandcamp.com/album/live-remixes

2 years back, we wrote these two songs for a (now over) project called D.WIGHT. It slept on my hard drive the whole time but I found them recently and I thought it was stupid to have those two tracks unreleased so I decided to give them away and… well that’s it. It’s pretty pop, not the kind of things you’d hear a lot around here but ah, why not?

Today was the release of digital release Vialan - Default 0007 on my little little SM-LL.

It was 11 months since he reached out to us to share how much he enjoyed the label, and from that point soon it was working with him, developing his sound, but also exchanging many ideas and subjects, many we found to share.

It has been a really amazing 11months and is the beginning of what is sure to yield more great music, but more than that, it reminds me why we work so hard to do this in the first place, to keep doing things for the right reasons.

One for fans of old Cr78 drum sounds, electronic music, and perhaps enjoying a slight hint of dub/industrial.

thx

This is still in the realm of “just practicing”, but I thought I’d share anyways, since I’m mostly pleased with the results.
