Serge Sessions part 2

This sessions reminded me of one of my favourite albums by Jan Hammer, The First Seven Days.

TKB: Sequences
2x PCO
TWS part 3 controlled by the ENV Detector coming from the LYRA8. TWS is also responsable for the metalic audio parts.
VCFQ
DUSG doing a lot work here. Used as the master clock from one side and used to create ratcheting with the TKB UP/DOWN input from certain gates comming from the TKB going into the CV IN of the other USG.

Finally toping with one of my favourite FX the EMPRESS Echosystem

I really like this, thank you for sharing !

But… I’m not sure that listening to anything with headphones at high volume is a good thing !

My latest track, “Flash & Me”. A sprawling breakbeat blinger about the pompous voice of passive indifference.

I’m interested in trying to tell stories, and I have a love of movie dialogue, so I tried to convey a story through the choice and arrangement of samples.

I made this completely in the box with my Maschine setup. I kind of wanted to work the samples on it more and I think some of the frequencies are too harsh around /after the breakdown but I wanted to be finished this one so that I could start something new.

Each track I make I learn something new. What did I learn on this one? I dunno, stuff for sure, but that would be off topic.

I made some goals last year in attempt to push my creative projects forward. One for next year was to release an EP but earlier this summer I had a few pieces I was happy with and with some words from Henry Rollins ringing in my ears I decided to put it out there.

All sounds on these tracks made with only sinewave, without any effects in modular synth. Pure and minimal.
Live recordings, one take, and no overdub.

Still a lot of work to do on the visual (and audio) front, but I’m happy to be following through on a personal goal to share more of my own music:

A niece: “I will be honest—when I closed my eyes while listening I imagined being lost in a forest with sunlight peaking trough the trees on a hot hot day! I have a feeling it isn’t what you intended!”

Edit: took it offline due to sync problems, will reupload soon

…but it’s private :frowning:

Ah sorry something was horribly out of sync and we took it down :-/
