Maybe not the latest, but here is documentation of @tehn and @kelli_cain at MCAD almost one year ago talking about monome and making some sound! (you might need to turn up the volume to hear the discussion)

another live remix of a song from my debut album. ive been having so much fun combining stems from my songs with long recordings of my eurorack ( loading long takes of just friends and mangroves in to octatrack and morphagene ) and improvising with it all. it really fits me and this is certainly the direction i will be heading in for live performance.

Haven’t shared anything here in awhile but still like to scan through everyone else’s stuff (when I’m not in the Serge/Ciat Lonbarde threads :grimacing:)!

I’ve recently been exploring the Buchla Music Easel again and this is a live take I did running through a small Chase Bliss pedalboard (in mono) with a room mic added in (for stereo).

This is really inspiring. I love how you’ve taken such a simple and somewhat rudimentary instrument and created something so deep and inscrutable with it. Very cool

This is a real-time computer-generated music visualization I built with my friend Victor Ivanov (v-os.ca) for the Synchrony 2020 demoscene contest. It won first prize in the demo category! I mostly worked on the graphics while Victor did the music. Hope lines will enjoy this!

Collaboration tracks : granular synthesis sounds of Javanese gamelan, blend with Norwegian spoken words, and darkness voice loops.

Two simple ambient recordings with similar sounds. This one is dynamic and structured:

This one doesn’t change that much and its structure is more random:

Recorded while jamming yesterday and the day before.

I have been exploring two Spitfire Audio libraries. The felted piano here is from Olafur Arnalds / Composer Toolkit - almost unbearably subtle. Doubled pads are also from Composer Toolkit. The quivering cello tones are from London Contemporary Orchestra Strings.

Been having tons of fun batch generating samples in csound, here played back and mangled by the mighty er301. Sequenced from teletype…

hello all, my good friend gianni andreatta and i just released some new recordings.

here is a statement about the release:
on the afternoon of 12/9/2019, we made recordings on the floor in the living room. through stumbling forward, making and reversing segments we found —

our arms: almost motionless

our bodies: facing our machines squarely, handspan away

our hands: bounce very slightly

and finally our effort: sustained, purposeful, sincere

these three tracks may be about all sorts of things: surprises, phrases, toy keyboards, woodpeckers, coffee, margins, thresholds, and pulleys.

give it a listen if you would like: https://giannidandreatta.bandcamp.com/album/i-went-over-and-over-it-our-thoughts-went-round-and-round
