Rotary Tetrax is based on Ciat-Lonbarde Tetrax. 360º potentiometers enable new gestures, patch bay layout accepts banana shorting bars. With built-in reverb.

Tetrax has Harmonic Locking behavior with audio at “FM Input”, which works great with unlimited single direction rotations. I’ve embedded a Teensy 3.6 for 2 channels of audio to voice 1/3, tuned 660Hz / 880Hz for this track, with symmetry control over variable shape triangle waveform.

I built both a Monome Norns and Grid clone. This is the first recording. I’m running the script “Zellen” that is sequencing a Novation Peak. Drums are from a Sonic Potions LXR. Percussions from Microfreak and my Modular. I used a Empress Zoia for some granular looping FX going into a Neunaber Immerse for some reverb.

Ambient modular with only Mutable Instruments Plaits as sound souce in VCV Rack.
Blend with field recordings from Berlin, Moscow, and some small cities in Russia.
Inspired by meditative sounds and solfeggio frequencies.

Here’s me putting the new Launchpad Pro MkIII through its paces as a standalone sequencer. As a lover of the Circuit, I have to say Novation really made a wonderful device here. Fast workflow, spectacular build and feel, and super pleasingly responsive.

Oh, and then there’s the beauty to the left, a Micromoog that’s older than I am.

I made an Eurorack, Arduino-powered module that plays the sequences/loops of Terry Riley’s “In C” on CV/gate outputs. It has buttons to control the performance in real-time, advancing through the 53 patterns of the original score. I recorded a performance myself:

The system implements five separate synth voices (shortly described in video description), plus the eighth note pulse. CV/gate for every voice is provided by a custom-made module powered by Arduino (code and info on GitHub), which is controlled using manual buttons to advance through the 53 melodic patterns of “In C”.

:crossed_fingers: Also, I’d like to know if there’s someone in EU with a better system and better skills that is interested in “playing” the In CV module. I can send my already built one for free, it’d be great for me to watch or hear a performance by someone else! Write me a private message, in case.

This one quite interesting as using a looping kick drum from digitakt that falls in and out of an audio rate oscillation. Also uses sherman filterbank, monome arc, erbverb and some recordings from an orchestral sampling session.
