Live painting on white paper and attached (hidden) contact microphone at the bottom to get vibrations of knife for mix acrylic colors that I use for painting based on free improvisation. Capture by a contact mic as an audio input, then process to modular system for trigger sounds of resonator module / Mutable Instruments Rings in VCV Rack, and connect to Clouds in granular mode for add sound textures.

I played a virtual festival “Night Daze2” over the weekend.
I had a blast, the community was great there was a lot of
love and bass music! Vapor Riddim and bass, some synth
and ambient, really great variety. I partied all weekend with
the stream. Just good times.

So here is my set

I call it “Grun”
It’s 30min of new, original, beat driven music with awesome
visuals by Astronaut Stony Stevenson.
The music is made entirely with Elektron digitakt and
recorded on Zoom H6.

Tracklist:
01 Melv
02 Tefu
03 Ejik
04 Knau
05 Guts
06 Siji
07 Efts
08 Kotu

I posted it also on BC, should anyone wish to enjoy the music alone.
Please pop zero in the payfield to DL, if you so desire.

Much Love,
Yoni

here’s that third xtra track from last weekend:

and i made a new max patch(rhythmic click generator(now with a better sense of rhythm ) with softer sine-based clicks that can form tones, run through ‘dattoro’ plate reverb then some of my FFT timbral-interp secret-sauce… and tap-delays… and synth drums ducked rapidly to amp-follower… and pitches(sort of whole-tone scale) sometimes tuned in an octave divided by 5, sometimes by 7, sometimes by 10 divisions/steps(if i remember correctly)… and mastering chain loaded up into vsts …and all in one patch… and and… oh i’m too excited! it’s  a nice one )

It’s been a while since I posted a track… This one is new. Downtempo electronica. More samples than I usually use!

My first try with Orca on Norns shield. A kind of random deep techno on model cycles.

I had a problem with polyphonic midi operator, solved using the monophonic midi.
