No, it’s a norns script. You need a full Linux system to use it. (norns or other /DIY.)
Crow is not a “headless norns,” it has very different capabilities. For starters, it can’t talk to grids direclty and isn’t a Linux device.
You could certainly take inspiration/code from the sequencing structures in less concepts and other norns scripts when making stuff for crow.
[edit] just to be really clear, and sorry if this is obvious… the norns patch does synthesis and audio buffer manipulation driven from the sequencer core, and uses a grid as a controller. the crow version is just the sequencer. no audio, no grid.
