For the overlay video, I found that I couldnāt play the ProRes 4444 format MOV file on my Ubuntu 20.04 system. (I can probe/manipulate it with FFmpeg, but OBS Studio, VLC, etc. wonāt play it.) It turns out WebM supports alpha channels (like ProRes 4444) and has a ālosslessā encoding option, so I did a conversion with these settings and tested the output in OBS Studio. Alpha and FPS are preserved with a final filesize around 8MB. Hereās the FFmpeg command I used: ffmpeg -i overlay_animation.mov -c:v libvpx-vp9 -lossless 1 -auto-alt-ref 0 overlay_animation.webm

I thought Iād share this in case anyone wants to weigh in or it helps someone else using Linux. Iām working with @tyleretters on visuals for 2.0, and I plan to use my WebM output instead of the MOV. I canāt upload the WebM due to being a new user but happy to share if anyone wants to review.
