Will there be an RTMP link for us to send our streams to? I use Livestream usually, but I can switch to OBS if there isn’t an RTMP link.

During the test each perfomer would stream to their personal twitch accounts, and lines_community would host their streams(a twitch feature). But this has some small flaws that I am trying to iron out. Will do a write up on how as soon as I know how we go about.

I have a small favor to ask as well. To help promote this, can someone write a short presentation of what this is? Especially important for someone who is not a member of lines. I know it’s not a simple task, but I tried blurbing something down, but with English not being my native language it just felt very stiff and weird.

I just hopped on the last slot for Sunday. :metal: Trying to be conscious of anyone who signed up earlier in the process but didn’t get a space, though. So if there’s a time conflict and anyone wants in instead, let me know. Otherwise, I’ll plan to be the chill room at the end of the stream. :sunglasses:

Well. I am in a bit of a pickle. there are 10 people on the signup sheet that still does not have time slots. I can’t really push the Sunday schedule much later than latest 1am UTC. Maybe have an earlier start on Saturday with 1x15.min set at the beginning? Not 100% sure about what to do. Any input is greatly appreciated.

It’s possible to give a secondary stream key to your Twitch that someone can use temporarily. Perhaps mid-way through a performance you could switch with someone who could stay up the rest of the way through?

Thanks to @Hovercraft, we are extending the Saturday Stream until 2.30(ish)am UTC. I have messaged the remaining users on the signup form with the available timeslots. Will let people know if anything opens up.

The user that signed up with Hippasus in the form is the only one I could not find and send a message. Does anyone have any idea who it is?

Top post updated with some guides and additional info. Hope this is sufficient for everyone to get ready. I did a small update to the overlay as well, so download the new one to make it easier to change the color of the overlay.

Facebook event added to top post, and a video for you to post on Instagram/wherever. Tell your friends and family.

One thing I’ve noticed with using the hosting functionality that’s a bit of a shame is that we lose a coherent archive where people can watch it back uninterrupted. Perhaps one of us could edit together the show into a YouTube video, or perhaps there is another better solution?

I have an idea for doing a lines graphic doing some marker stuff. would that be useful to have? I can try to finish it by tomorrow evening EDT for sharing.

The schedule is pretty much finalized, just awaiting to see if some users can switch slots.

The times have been updated on the top post and the Facebook event.

It is very important that you as a performer make sure you know what time your slot is in your local time, and join the discord server. Apart from that, promote, get excited and keep staying safe.
