I just noticed there is a new Mimeophon firmware (mp86). Very curious what changes there are. Did anyone try yet/noticed anything?

The change log in the zip file just says “performance improvements.”

I thought I’d read that the new firmware saved your Gain setting when you turn off the power in your rack, but I don’t recall any other improvements or changes being cited.
That was introduced with mp82, according to the manual.

just wanna say that even though I don’t own the module itself, I’ve adopted “wogglebug” as an apt nickname for my very wiggly and seven week-old child. Serves the purpose quite well.
