In the summer of 2021, a thought came to me:
What if I tried to mix church organs with electronics?
I had never really played such huge instruments and I always wanted to try it.
I had already tried to mix the acoustics of the piano with electronics in my past solo albums
but this time I wanted to explore another keyboard instrument.
In September 2021, Benjamin Rigetti offered me the opportunity to play and record the 4 organs of the Saint-Laurent church in Lausanne.
I later processed electronically with mostly cocoquantus and plumbutter and here’s the result. Enjoy!
I am so grateful to Phil and Tone Burst for supporting this release.
Taylor Deupree did an amazing job mastering the album.
