Maximum power consumption of grid / arc?

i assume the grid has a maximum consumption of about 200 mA, given the specs for ansible. that said, i expect the arc to be similar.

this value will typically be much lower.

Grid can draw up to 600mA with all leds on at full brightness. I do not know arc specs…

Not that wrong, 600ma at 5v boils down to a large part of that 200ma at 12v iirc. Someone with knowledge in ee please chime in.

i’d generally advise making sure the grid can get ample power as when all LEDs are lit there’s a chance it’ll draw more than 500ma

keep in mind with ansible there’s no way to fully light up the grid. it’s mostly only partially lit.
