There’s a tab called “+MANAGER” if memory serves. Within there’s a command called ‘purge’ which removes all sound files that aren’t currently assigned in a preset. I would definitely backup your save file before using it, but it’s a quick solution to clear up some RAM / the dropdowns with your files.
It might not have been introduced until v2.5 though? I’m not sure. You could just drop in the file if it’s not there though.
