mod_clock_div

A norns mod to output divisions of the norns clock as midi note on events

I’m not sure this will be useful to anyone else but here’s a simple norns mod that I use with a 4 channel midi to cv converter to output divisions of the norns clock and keep it synced with my little modular system.

Requirements

  • norns
  • a midi device?

Documentation

Install in maiden with ;install https://github.com/tomwaters/mod_clock_div then enable and restart. After that you can go into the SYSTEM → MODS → MOD_CLOCK_DIV menu to configure up to 4 outputs.

Use enc 2 to change the current selected option and enc 3 to change the value

Ha! @sixolet and I had something very similar to this in progress but we haven’t worked on it in a while. Awesome to see this come up.
