Monome for beginners

what a day from hell with this thing, haha. Now it won’t power on at all. I plug it in and it lights the first four buttons and then nothing. Cant’ be recognized. Tried three different usb cords. UGHHHHHHHHHH

That means it’s working
Monome is NOT plug & play it’s really quite elegant an impressive when you learn a bit about it but for the amount of effort and what you expect perhaps a LaunchPad might be a nice set of training wheels. No offense. There is a learning curve.

And by Recognized it’s NOT EVER going to show up as MIDI
it is set in a M4L pull down menu INSIDE a session inside a device
