Typically I would record directly into MLRE to build loops, record to the internal tape and then load that into Concrete. I tend to bounce back and forth between the internal tape and those scripts and build upon this in a sound on sound type process. I would then bounce certain tracks and/or mixdowns onto tape from the Norns outputs and then back in, sometimes pitching down and some light processing on the internal norns effects i.e compression, reverb etcetc Hope that helps.
