Sometimes it does that. Hard reset. Not software. As long as your WiFi login/pass was saved, it’ll immediately auto connect.

I had to reboot twice for the wifi to work. It’s basically magic.
Also try putting the WiFi nub into a different USB port. That happened to me a couple times when updating to the betas. If WiFi works after switching the port you’ll be able to switch it back to your preferred port
Additionally, light three candles and point the ports side of norns to the north.
