Hi all,

Sorry if there’s something already on here about this but couldnt see it anywhere.

Just fired up my new norns and it seems to have locked up on opening with display as shown in the attached picture. Tried doing the soft reset holding k3, k2, k1 but its not responding.

Anyone experienced this or have any ideas?

have you done any updating since it arrived? this is literally the weirdest bug i’ve seen.

no, just plugged in the power, it did the start up animation, and then this happened.

Eek - first of all I’m sorry to see that it looks like something really whacky is going on. If you can’t get through the menus to update perhaps maybe doing a fresh install with the current image might resolve this issue? anything change with a hard reset using the bottom button?

yep, seems to be working now! Wasnt sure about doing the hard reset, so glad it worked :slight_smile: thanks
