Sorry for the late response. Yes the work flow is much improved with the addition of some buttons and menu changes, at least for my way of working. Instruments are of course a very personal preference, I for instance love my Eurorack setup but a lot of people think it is complete nonsense and will never use one. It’s like a car, some people think a mustang is a sports car when others say “that’s not a true sports car, a Lamborghini Diablo is a sports car”lol. You know what I’m saying. It’s all subjective. I don’t think the improvements were worth $600 increase in price, but it could have had a satellite uplink and I would have said it BS the price went up.lol I was very upset that the mkii didn’t have and won’t ever have Overbridge. That was my big gripe. I really thought that it needed Overbridge to be a true second version. Oh well, horses for courses as modular people are so fond of saying. I do like the improvements a lot on the mkii, the better screen and knobs, backlit buttons etc., sorry for being so long winded. Hope that helps. I say buy one if you can afford it!!
