This document lists every algo in Hemisphere Suite. You are not going to find full-blown replacements for any of those apps on the OG O_C. I go back and forth between them quite often and it really is a simple and straightforward process, FWIW.

ah thats what i thought. alright thanks. i actually printed that out but haven’t read through the whole thing yet

One thing to keep in mind; your CV calibration holds across both modules! So, the change is not going to goof anything up!

I’m losing my mind a bit trying to get Hemisphere installed.

With Method A, “Program” and “Operation” seem to be greyed out in Teensy Loader no matter what I do.

With Method B, “Next” is greyed out on Teensyduino’s installer. I’ve triple checked its version + the Arduino IDE version, including reinstalling from the links posted earlier in this thread.

Anyone know what I could be missing?

Drop the hex file on the teensy loader, connect yout teensy to the computer, and it should load autonatically. If not press the auto button on the teensy loader and then press the phisical button on the teensy.
You should see a upload progress bar on the teensy loader showing you the process.
Hope this helps.

Are you positive your micro usb cable transmits both data and power?

It’s those pesky cables!!! Don’t know why I have any that are power only in the first place…

I had the same problem. Some of those mini USB cables don’t have a data line! You can’t really tell by looking at them.

I shorted the power on my case a little while ago and it did something weird to my afterlater audio micro ornament and crime module. At first it was kind of freezing during certain screensavers and then jumping values in certain spots for certain parameters like lfo frequency. The recalibration I did seems to have fixed that for the most part, but now the right encoder is reversed. I thought maybe this is something I messed up during calibration since I don’t really know what I’m doing there and just went through the default settings but I don’t see that as an option in the calibration process. Any ideas for how I might fix that?

I’ve run into that issue also. You can find how to change that in https://ornament-and-cri.me/calibration/ under 0. setting encoder directions

I can’t find the CV option for Lfsr modulus in quantermain app. Can someone confirm or deny its existence? It’s mentioned in the manual, but I can’t find it.

I believe you have to click either button 1 or 2 for these options to then appear. Sorry I can’t test right now but pressing either of those buttons should bring up the additional options including the ones for CV

Buttons seem to transpose everything and do nothing else :frowning:

It may be long press. Could you try long pressing and see if that works?

Checked, could not find any extra menus

Ah I just checked. If you select LFSR mode then the CV options show up automatically. If they don’t show maybe you’re on an older firmware. See photos below (apologies for the dusty modules lol)

Can you check your firmware version? Mine says 1.3.5 but it looks like a bug

I’m on (20 characters of) v1.3.6

Short note for lovers of DIY and all things BIG - I upscaled my uOC to 5U and put in a 2.4" display driver:
