Thank you! I did watch the Peter Vogel “The Sound of Shadows” on Vimeo recently. I don’t know much about his work but was certainly inspired by it when building the motor driver section. I am interested in learning more about him and other sound sculpture artists.

:laughing: it’s true! I actually got the body from a friend in a Secret Santa exchange a few years ago and I built it up with some help from my local luthier/pal, Nik Gruber. After building this up and another JM with him, I have no desire to buy another guitar ever again.

I decided to make a stamp for the front of my wine case modular. It’s an Ariadne’s Thread (marks the path through a labyrinth) with a patch cable jack on the end. I used to use an this symbol (but without the cable jack) as my binder’s mark back when I was making and selling journals, and the idea behind it tracks perfectly to modular synthesis I think.
