Yes, I’m sure you’re right on that - Zoom doesn’t have the pedigree or the cool factor, perhaps, but it’s such a great unit. I’m slightly jealous!

After some great help from @csboling in the Ansible 1.6 thread I’ve gotten my BopPad speaking directly with my modular via the ansible. Super handy, and not something I considered at all before!
I’ve set that up, along with some crossfader+snare action:
I brought my modular to work, I need an easy way to switch my headphones between it and the PC now. I might bring a small mixer for that…

But I think it’s quite a head spin breaking the signal flow coming from an all eurorack setup, but I guess I’ll manage to deal with it. Only one hour in with this beast. Got any tips and tricks?

Hi @bjarlstedt That looks like such a fun setup! My Grandmother is a bit older than my rack, so I came at things the other way around. My biggest advice is to get some long cables and integrate her into your system. The sequencer and arp are really fun to drive modules with, and the extra LFO and utilities come in handy. I also just find it fun to play my modular with real keys once in a while.

This combo is like a instant psychedelic orchestra. I just recorded some specifically to load into the GR-1. I will share a few soon!
Korg SQ-1 hasn’t gotten much use in a while, but it’s coming through in a big way right now converting Teletype clock into Midi clock for the Model Samples. Stoked to have percussion in my setup again.
I too would love to hear this in action. I always thought the CT5 was a little too crunchy on synths but I bet it would pair nicely with the mellotron!
Oh my. I’ve considered a similar setup. Would be wonderful to see some examples in use if you felt inclined.
Only just figured out I could do something like this last week, so haven’t played with it in any meaningful way yet.
