Thanks! And yes, it makes sense. Also, blooper video’s starting to emerge at YouTube. I am still not sure, if it’s a pedal for me.

My wife and my son bought me this little kalimba as a holiday gift. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Is that a gecko? I bought one for my girls and I think the tone is really fantastic.

Good eye!
I have a set of three of the original Electrix units. Even though I don’t seem to use them all too often, I can’t bring myself to sell them.

It’s called “Electric Finger Thumb Piano” by a company called “Moozica”. I really like it.

It has a 1/4 inch pickup and comes with a little carrying case. I’ve been running it through Guitar Rig, Clouds, my DLD, sampling it with Maschine and Morphagene, and just having a load of fun all day.
:boom: :100: :boom:

Edited to add that it sounds really nice through Rings also, as well as just having a nice tone all around, to my layman’s ears. Really enjoying it!

Cross-post from my album release thread. Loving the Ciat Lonbarde Family.

Holiday jams yesterday - some fun times sampling snippets of my patch to my dad’s beloved ASR-10.

My nightstand studio for the past ~24 hours. Family is staying here, which kicked me out of my main music room for the past few days…that’s ended up being a really creatively positive situation, as I’ve gotten a lot of stuff recorded up here between hanging out with them. Thank you thank you thank you to @Justmat (for bounds), @dan_derks (for cheat codes) and @zebra (for softcut), have had such a great time making music with the guitar through y’alls tools!

Also a note, if you have an instrument that you’ve been neglecting, get it professionally set up! Used to couldn’t bar chords cleanly on this guitar, now I can play for hours without my hands getting tired. Feels completely different.

I just got one too! I actually think we have the same one  Running a kalimba through a good reverb and delay is MAGIC.

lately abandoned the messy niche where my skiff and pedals reside to make music on the floor while facing a wall

i love working in the dark or with eyes closed so this is far more realistic than other portrayals of my setup

Annual voyage to my buddy’s cabin was a success.

The OP-Z really holds up in jam settings. I love how its arguably thin sound fits right into the mix. I look forward to playing in more bands in 2020. I almost forgot music can be social.

Enjoying two days off - focusing on exploring the Tetrax together with a smaller Euro setup.

Thanks! Found myself looking up the description on the phone a lot, so I wanted to write it down to integrate it more.

I am probably not Ciat Lombarding properly, but having some fun with a “scientific” approach with the oscilloscope to get a feeling for what’s going on. Really enjoying the touch-bars . Thinking the press+release outputs would be nice with Maths. Still need to dive more into shaping the raw sounds.

There are lots of ways to learn and explore. Some people want to be suprised, others prefer intention. I don’t believe you can Ciat Lombard wrong.
