Not a “real” banjo player. Using it quite detuned, and with a pick (though my chicken picking is quite strong). I bought it specifically to make a couple videos with, then it will get gutted and turned into a DIY drum-like instrument.

i saw L’Ocelle Mare live in a sort of squat a few years ago. The performance blew my mind. That play between quiet feedbacks and resonances of acoustical devices was subtle, yet yielding powerful feelings.
