That looks a lot like a Makenoise 0-Coast.

Thanks! As @oscillateur mentions, that’s the 0-coast from Make Noise. The one that really pushed me towards euro. Super fun, and a great little desktop synth to bring along for smaller set ups!

About to play a show with my band in Xiamen, China. Didn’t bring the modular for this trip but I recorded some tape loops for the Tascam!!

Enjoy! Really nice city/island.

Thanks! It’s definitely one of my favorite cities in China.

i’ll try to focus on this case. I’m just going back to the Varigate, which used to be quite buggy and annoying. I loaded the latest firmware and will see…

About to get hands-on with the modular.

I’d love to hear your impressions of the Tetrapad! I’ve been considering one, but haven’t heard any first hand experience yet.

I love it. Had it for a few weeks and just added the Planar since I had so much fun with the tactile interface. So far I used chord and fader modes mostly. Specially the faders are great to alter whole patches or just subtly add live.

I posted some videos in the “Latest …” thread over the last weeks if you wanna see it in action.

A new acquisition!

The woodwork and craftsmanship is really something else. I have the original Namasitar and that is suuuper “rustic” feeling and playing. It works with the overall sound/vibe, but it’s got a craft-like feel. This one is gorgeous.

We’ll see once I get into the electronic side, but it’s really interesting/weird “feeling” 17ET frets. I’ve played all sorts of stringed instruments, in various scale lengths, but they have all been 12ET, so my left hand ‘adjusts’ to that changes in scale and “feels” the distance between the frets accordingly. With 17ET it just feels weird, like the muscle memory controlling the “how far my hand is from my body” and “how far apart my fingers are” aren’t agreeing on what they are feeling.

(due to a horrible and hectic month I haven’t had a chance to play with it plugged in yet, but hopefully that will happen soon enough)

DIY’d my first euro case - 7u of 84hp! It normally lives in a much darker corner of the apartment - I unplugged the power but left last night’s patch for its glamour shot. Right now the top row is full of blank panels so I can use it as a platform for my 0-coast and SQ-1. All modules so far have been acquired through Lines (bees-in-the-trees braids actually acquired through craigslist, but @danielrdehaan told me about this forum when I picked up the module so I’ll count it). I just bought a used dixie ii and I’m hoping to pick up a three sisters and cold mac in the coming weeks, so the very nice flower panel will likely be shrinking soon.

DIY’d it because I really wanted portable 7u but really didn’t want to have to spend >$600 before I even got to the modules. It was also just a fun holiday project with my dad. It turns out 84hp is exactly the combined width of the 0-coast and SQ-1, which is convenient. It closes with the modules patched, but i’m a little concerned about clearance on the top row. i’m not going to be installing any modules up there any time soon, so i’m not sweating it.

PS - @danielrdehaan - bees in the trees is NUTSSS and I love it

Really nice blanks there. They kind of make me want to make similar ones and then keep some parts of my cases empty.

ive found that standard postcards fit really well as blanks in the past. it can really add inspiration and beauty to a case!

There are some heart-stopping pictures in this thread! :yum:
Here’s my setup for today, got the synthvoice this week and still learning its capabilities.
