Yes, they’re awesome! The only minus is the sound leak – I still have to keep the door closed so as not to drive my GF crazy. haha :sweat_smile:

hahahhaha! I understand that all too well… rode the subway with my grado gs1000 and everyone hated me… or atleast more than they typcally do when i just wear my akg’s… either way worth it.

What I’ll be playing some shows with soonish. Also getting a show going on community radio in Flagstaff on Thursday night’s starting next Thursday. 10pm till midnight the monome will own the radio waves!

Nice! You seem to like the cold mac a lot. Any patch tips?
Every time I incorporate it in a patch I feel like I’m only scratching the surface… Do you use it a lot in parallel?
And I still don’t understand what the 6 to 1 VCA function could be good for.

the macs lend themselves to chaotic modulation i’d be unlikely to patch otherwise…someone with more experience could accomplish most of what it can do by combining utilities and vcas. I the prefer these and expect to learn more functions as i use them. My fav tools in any format are mixers and anything with this many inputs/outputs is good for my workflow
