Little Boy Blue is amazing, though I’m still trying to get beyond pissed-off Donald Duck noises. The Flower Electronics website was likely my first exposure to modular synths like seven less financially stable years ago, so I’m really glad that I could afford one of Jessica Rylan’s instruments.
The Boss RRV-10 Reverb is certainly a reverb.
Norns is Norns.
This was the setup I used last Saturday at the Connessioni festival in Milan. In theory I thought I’d use Stages as modulation, but the night before I accidentally ripped the microUSB connector of my faderbank 16n so I used Stages as a mini faderbank (blinking yellow mode) and did modulations by hand. The core of the performance were the two 3 sisters I had at the bottom right.
Here is a little excerpt of the performance: https://www.instagram.com/p/Bx8KyfBBG8V/
what were you running on the norns?
Less concepts controlling the three sisters via cvpal. I love Less Concepts, @dan_derks! (Have I said that already? Yes I did, but I really mean it)
What else (II)
Not the clearest photo, but

National Music Centre is such a treat!
It definitely is! Would love another visit
It’s repatching day
What USB is this!!! I NEED FOR MY RIG. AMAZING FIND!

now that I’ve had it for quite a bit, I probably would have got it slightly longer (6-8" instead of 4") for uses like grid* (keyboard uses a micro not mini connector) right under teletype.
Time to dig in to this one tonight
I’m about to join you!!!
Spent some time on the north shore of Lake Superior last week. Brought the setup to a few lovely places. Some videos are also in the works which I hope to release soon!
I’m about to head up that way in a couple of weeks. I have a house outside of Two Harbors.
Two Harbors is lovely. I was up in Grand Marais. The entire shore is just such a special, wonderful, fragile place!
My pocket operator, sound compositions:
My setup supporting Tim Hecker in Stockholm earlier this week. Loads of ‘clouding’…
Beautiful places, what were you using for power?
