It’s my favorite piece of non-synth gear. Extremely expressive to play, and a lot of my guitar technique carries over surprisingly well.

In this setup I’m using it via the uMIDI to control the shapeshifter. Pressure adds FM and the vertical axis on the pad is filter cutoff.

I love mine. It’s the most expressive and flexible controller I’ve ever seen. Roger is super nice to talk with and very open to suggestions and questions.I use mine with the Expert Sleepers FH-1 to control everything you can think of in a modular system.

good idea . but doesn’t it just get in the way (physically i mean) i’ve never really found a good way to mount my ipad or phone (no proper camera so you can see the kit well… ) any suggestions?

I’m not so opposed to just the side view. Or you can get a cheap mount for a tripod, and get a used tripod.
