The current sample & loop case.

Edit:
Sent the Lubadh back. It is sadly just too noisy for me.

That’s a lot of digital tape! How would you compare the Lubadh and the Morphagene?

Lubadh feels more like a ‘regular’ looper. You also have rather precise control over start point an lengths of the recorded audio, while Morphagene is more focused on tape splicing, and also has the granular controls, which Lubadh does not. The Module is still very new and I haven’t tried too many mod sources with it, but I’d say it is more for recording something, scrubbing through it, finding loops and playing with them. While Morphagene is a bit less precise but more experimental.

On a side note, Lubadh at the moment is noisier than Morphagene, mostly around 2khz, and I experienced some other odd behavior that could be bug related, so hopefully they will work on this a bit.

What is the relation of CV to speed/pitch? Are half/double calibrated to full numbers?

Don’t know, sorry. I am not really interested in sequencing the reels.

What’s the touch plate module called?

There’s a Plumbutter hidden somewhere beneath all that Spaghetti . I’ve been experimenting with droning Gongs and AV Dogs and cross patching them. Noisy, droney fun times!

How long is this case?

Rings + Clouds + ER-301 + Switch + Earthsea + Meadowphysics + Ansible + Teletype + TXo + TXi + W/ + Crow + TXb(?) + Frames + Elements looks to be about 86 HP!

Two Morphagenes :heavy_heart_exclamation: Do you have any samples of your music?

Wondering what the TXn is for…

I’m not super familiar with it but I would have expected to see a Teletype based on my current understanding…

I have many examples of my music, but not so many with the dual Morphangenes. This track was made with both of them.

The Telexn is a different version of the Nearness Panning mixer, nothing Teletype specific. So it just pans signals.
