What is that little succulent on the right?

Preparing to build Random Source DSG
And here it is again. I discovered that I have half-finished roll of film sitting in a camera for two years. So why not try to use it up taking photos of my desk, in order to get to the lab to be developed as soon as possible?
@Angela and I moved out of our house today. Lots of great memories here, and very sad to leave the place behind. But onto (literally) greener pastures in Madrid…
It’s a type of jade (crassula ovata) called “Gollum Hort”. Highly recommend them as studio pals.
did you color code by length? those control camo cables look
a photo of LA artist Gabie Strong that i took several months back. another one is here on her about page…
Another local to check out; thank you.
I really like her installation work a lot, at least after quickly glancing through it. I’ll have to check the music later, but I love that she put a Datura wrightii on the cover of her record:

the setup and workflow notes from my disquiet junto recording session. a live performance; warm indoor music for cold outside weather. first time incorporating the tape deck as a playable instrument, rather than as a recording endpoint. the finished piece sounds like this. i filmed a video for it later that day:
You’re leaving the country?! Good luck in Madrid, or Buena Suerte.
Realized I had the cables for holiday themed patch. Happy holidays!
Yeah relocating to Madrid. I’ll still be working in Manchester (in term time), so I’ll be back and forth a bunch.
Exciting stuff!
thanks! yep, but two colors for each length. helps me sort out a spaghetti nest a little quicker.
Super nice! 20 characters
@Jasper_ryder
I see you’ve put some bigger knobs on the Werkstatts - how do they work? Do you have close-ups?
I went with these http://smallbear-electronics.mybigcommerce.com/synth-pointer-2-colors/ on the recommendation from a werkstatt forum. Some of the lettering gets a little covered on the Werkstatt. The Werks are so simple though so not an issue to me. Much easier to see knob orientation and looks nicer I think.
I’ll get some closeups later.
Edit:
How are you using the werkstatt? My wonderful wife has picked me up one with cv expander, so i’m planning on hooking up my keystep using the cv. Prob is im not really sure what to do lol!
