Setup this effects chain this evening to test drive a DIY module I’m working on. Recorded about 30 mins of noodling, not sure any of it is actually useable in any future compositions, but it did give me insight into what my module is missing, namely more dials (and probably cv control)

Is that a 1HP blank on the far left? If so you could replace it with a 1.5HP blank?

Similarly if you’ve got threaded rails in there, you can replace them with sliding nuts, assuming you can get the sides off. I’ve done that to all my Doepfer LC cases. I’ve got the sizing information somewhere…

That case looks nifty. Where did you buy this? Can’t see it on the Erica Synth website.

Nice seems like a really interesting machine

Walking around and saw this. Don’t know what can even lead to this.

Perfect Circuit. Perfect Circuit. (20 characters)

I like your thinking. I don’t think I have one but can look for one this week.

My wife gifted me the Behringer mixer and SQ-1 for Christmas, and so that got me to rearrange and clean up my workspace. It finally looks presentable, so I took a few snaps.

If I’m not mistaken that looks like my granulator… Did you get much use from it??

It’s brilliant! One of my favorite pieces of gear. I use triggers 4-12 for clock division.

How’s the scratching coming along?

Was going well until the move. I brought my PT-01 with me to Madrid but I don’t have an external speaker, and it’s too quiet to scratch through headphones unfortunately. I still practice a bit, doing some faderless stuff using the built in speaker, but it’s not quite the same.

I’ll probably buy a bluetooth speaker (with an aux in) so I can practice with it, as well as use it as a general ‘around the house’ speaker.

Yep - any bluetooth speaker would be fine. One of those Jambox things would work well.
