A film shooter!

Curious who else here shoots film.

Week before last’s trip to Mojave I shot a roll on my Hasselblad, with my new-to-me F 80 (not the CF; no shutter but otherwise fairly modern *T lens; my body is a 2000 FCW with focal plane shutter); LOVE it.

Also loaded up the antique 1938 Zeiss Ikonta medium format folder with the 2.8 Tessar, but didn’t get any shots off. Wide open it’s nuts. Beautiful, gauzy, swirling images. The lens wasn’t corrected for color when built, but I love what it does on color film.

Expanding on the query, any large format shooters here?

YES I have that '80s casio SK5(?) sampler keyboard at the middle left, and remember making cassette case loops like the one in the middle. The sampling keyboard was really powerful at the time – you can cut on beat and so on. Perfect portastudio 4-track companion #memories

Oh, I’ve been looking for videos synths lately, I’ll give them a look I love where you went with it so far! I wish I could post a picture with this answer but I just reset an old computer and there’s nothing on it, and I’m really not fond of the windows stock photos so I hope you’ll forgive me! :slight_smile:

Pretty giddy about the ES-8. Totally different clocking potential from the Octatrack :slight_smile:

Just been tinkering with different possibilities and sorting out how best to calibrate the outputs and whatnot.
